Matt Ringrose

Welcome to Very Vedic ©, a knowledge podcast that answers the questions we all have about life today, using the oldest wisdom on the planet — the ancient Vedic texts from India.

Very Vedic © host Matt Ringrose has been teaching Vedic Meditation for over a decade in Bondi, Sydney and has been using this ancient wisdom to support his students along the way.

In each episode Matt is joined by one of his students and together they explore relationships, letting go, finding a sense of purpose, money and any other life stuff that comes up, all through the lens of Vedic knowledge.

If you’re keen to learn how to meditate, or you have a question you’d like answered in the podcast, you can DM Matt on Instagram @bondimeditation, or email [email protected]
