This meditation uses a sequence that allows the listener to relax into the theta brain wave state where we experience deep relaxation, healing, and restoration.

Simply lie down comfortably using a blanket to cover you with support under the head and legs, or sitting in a comfortable chair. All you have to do is listen, relax, and follow the instructions.
