Laura's Wellness Story
2024-10-05
In this episode of the Pineapple Podcast, I’m joined by Laura Shakespeare (one of my ride or die besties), who shares her incredible fitness and wellness journey. After not training at all until she had children, Laura joined a our bootcamp, moved into the studio, discovered a passion for strength training, and never looked back. Now, as a specialist in hardstyle Russian kettlebells with SFG 1 and 2 certifications, Laura discusses the importance of being strong—both physically and mentally—and how that strength and confidence filter into every area of life.
We also explore the vital role of having a close tribe of friends and how true wellness goes beyond physical fitness. Laura highlights the power of community and the fact that no one can be truly whole and well without the support of those who uplift and empower them. Tune in for an inspiring conversation about building strength, confidence, and meaningful connections in your journey to wellness.
