This week we have two core member of the Bar Beach Run Club (BBRC) joining us, they also happen to be some of our OG Sippers supporters. A different vibe to this weeks episode with a more relaxed and casual approach rather than the usual training run down.
We have Jack 'Roy Boy' Roylance and Dean 'Doesn't Train Pipes Anymore' Medved on to dicuss all things BBRC, Hottest 100 Day & their take on their Australian music scene. BBRC is a run club founded by Jack in Newcastle that has been running for 2 years, every friday they get together to run 5k or 3.8k down at Bar Beach. We then dicuss a bitta fun with Hottest 100 takes and then get into a bitta triva, enjoy this weeks ep!
