Sarah raced as an Elite Road Cyclist for 22 years, representing Australia at UCI events internationally 3 times in mountainous long distance events. Today she enjoys mountain bike racing at a State level, in the dirt, on her home soil in Australia… between surfing, running and yoga.

Sarah is a leader in alchemising evidence-based science and spiritual embodiment in the 3D.

Sarah truly believes the future is frequency.
