Non Gendered Fitness is a show for queer and Transgender; Gender Diverse (TGD) folks who want to shape change in their lives by becoming more active.

Your host, Bowie Stover (They/Them), has used physical activity to shape their body as they transition non-medically. Through their experiences as a trainer of many TGD folks, Bowie has gained an understanding of just how life-changing becoming physically active can be.

Non Gendered Fitness provides online fitness coaching for queer folks, specialising in the needs of the TGD community and supporting them to transition with a holistic approach.
