I’m Mel, a visibility and brand strategist helping women over 40 tell the story of their next chapter - in a way that makes the right people say yes. After successfully building a 20+ year career in the luxury & consumer goods industry alongside brands like Breitling, Davidoff and Baileys.. I transitioned to CSR and then executive recruiting. I'm also a solo parent who's built a portfolio career across multiple companies and contract roles because that feels like the safest, freest, happiest option for me. And I'm an introvert who had to teach myself video because hiding in the background isn't an option anymore.
