Dr. Brit Finucci
Dr. Brit Finucci is a fisheries scientist at NEWA (National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research) in New Zealand looking at deep water sharks, chimeras, and skates. Kristen talks to Brit about her work accessing and identifying these populations and how it can help in fishery studies. We learn how science can sometimes be a waiting game and even after being severely seasick, you are always learning in ocean research. Enjoy!
