Sourced data stories. Audio editions of the work published on
datoid.io — each episode walks through one argument, and the numbers come from the same live
time series the charts on the site are drawn from. The written version stays canonical; the
episode is the way in.

Episodes are produced with AI: the script is written by a language model against a locked
brief of real series values, and the two hosts are synthetic voices. What isn't automated
is the sourcing — every figure traces to a named public dataset (FRED, Our World in Data,
NOAA, NASA GISS, GDELT), and the chart behind each claim is one click away in the show notes.
