4ZZZ Live Delay

Seeing live music is a transformative experience. Live Delay brought all the passion of the stage and the spice of the crowd direct to your ears, capturing the story of Australian music as it happened.

From the heart-pounding swagger of nationally-beloved live favourites to the sharp thrill of innovative new artists, our team scoured venues great and small across Meanjin/Brisbane to ensure you never missed out on the finest musical treasures the city had to offer. For eleven years, Live Delay brought the thrilling sound of our live music scene to the community and archived these live recordings and broadcasts through our Soundcloud page. In 2024, for a variety of creative and pragmatic reasons, Live Delay switched from a pre-recorded podcast-style program to a live broadcast from 4ZZZ Studio 2 each Friday afternoon featuring a live gig guide and various other up-to-the-minute information about live music in Meanjin/Brisbane.

On air from January 2013 to November 2024, Live Delay was broadcast on 4ZZZ, Zed Digital, and the Community Radio Network. The program is currently on indefinite hiatus.
